Payment

GoCar Cape Verde is not responsible for vehicle availability, mechanical issues, accidents, delays, cancellations, damages or disputes arising from the rental agreement between the customer and the local rental provider.
Our liability is limited to the operation of the online booking platform to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure
Neither GoCar Cape Verde nor the rental provider shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, severe weather or transportation disruptions.
